Customise Website for sign in of free and paid members

Currently our website [login to view URL] has 3 seperate modules within the site, which users need to sign into seperately. We are not finding this user friendly. We need the current set up customised so that users can sign into one sign in form on our home page and it will recognise a free member and paid member and what pages they can access. We want paid members to have full access and free members to only access some pages. We also need automated email notifications sorted. There are also some small things we are not happy with on the site that we want fixed - such as in the discount card section - businesses are displayed as different sizes. The website uses joomla for the resources and forum section and kunena for the card and house swap section. We are desperate to get this done as we are a month behind schedule. We need someone who is extremely experienced in coding and who are able to finish a job in a fast time frame. We need the best so please don't apply if this is not you.
