We currently have a website that has a submission form on it. Currently, our users download the submission form, fill it out, and then email it to us. We would like users to be able to start the application, save it, and then come back to it later - ALL THE WHILE DOING THIS ON OUR WEBSITE.
Currently there is no way for our users to create a login for our site, which means they are not able to save their work and come back to it.
Therefore, I need someone to:
1. Put our submission form up on our site (I will email it)
2. Create a way for users to login to my site
3. Create a way for users to fill out the form on my site
4. Create a way for users to save their work, retrieve it later, and edit it
5. Create a button to submit the application
6. Automatically email the form to me when the user clicks submit
7. Send an automatic email confirmation to user (I will email the content)
