Content Lock Gateway, Forum and Chat for Arenabpo

We require: Content Locking Gateway Integration with our existing affiliate network, IRC for members where, in addition to speaking freely, they can share what they have earned during the month, week, day, etc and a forum for publishers. Our affiliate network has an API. -- Content Locking --------- Gateway Feature: It should serve the Geo-targeting offers through content gateway. Admin Features: The Admin should be able to add the campaigns to the list of available offers to promote through content locking. Publisher Features: Have to be able to create templates. To select the offers and add it to the content locking. The publisher must be able to choose between showing the unlock button (redirect to a specific survey) or a list of surveys. -- Widget Virutal Currency ------ This is similar to Content Locking, but instead of blocking content, it will give the user a virtual currency by post-back url. In the widget would appear a list of offers with the number of virtual currency that each one would generate [login to view URL] have this widget, I could give my password in [login to view URL] so you can see how it works. -- IRC Chat --------- The IRC Chat will be a simple chat where users can talk to each other and start conversations with specific people, and to share their gains for the year, month, week or day (even from the beginning of time). I would also like that we can create emoticons, for example, if there is a new MEME we could create the emoticon to users can use it. The IRC chat should only be available for publishers, not the advertisers (The API for publishers is different from that of advertisers). -- Forum ---------------- The forum would be a normal forum (eg. phpBB) but users should login enter their API Key, so users only have to register in the Affiliate Network and not in the forum. The forum should be private, only the publishers will be able to access the content by entering their API.
