Collect twitter users, autopost, mass twitter poster/retweeter/follower

I want to make a script to authenticate twitter users that will allow me to have access to their profiles so that I can tweet, retweet or follow on their behalf. I will divide this into two major parts: First: 1. When a banner is click, I want to have an app that will request for permission/authentication from the user. Then once allowed, i want the user's authentication details to be stored in a database which you will also create. 2. Immediately after allowing, I want a certain twitter post to be made to the user's profile. 3. They will also be redirected to a new page after allowing 4. If they dont allow, they will not be redirected. The second part involves the database of users that we have collected: 1. I want you to make a script where I can mass post a certain tweet, follow or retweet using the users. That's basically it. I have a sample of the second part if you wanna see it. Please only bid if you are familiar with this kind of scripts or have created something similar before.
