Clickbank subscription payment integration

We are looking for a developer familiar with clickbank subscription payments to integrate their monthly billing option into a website.

We would like the sign up form to collect personal details about the subscriber. This will create an account for them on our website.

If the monthly payment is stopped we would like that to suspend their account until the payment is resumed.

The service is a website trust seal. We have the php code already to display the trust seal. It just needs linking in now with Clickbank subscription payments.
