CCBill integration and Subscription fee for PHP Pro Bid 5.25

Used [login to view URL] is a adult website that has been running on a old version of PHP Pro Bid. We are looking to upgrade the system to the newer but still out dated v5.25 as it has loads of features that our site doesnt currently have. We need a developer for two small projects. 1. The site needs to be able to accept CCBill as a method of payment for its auctions and for the members fees. 2. We want to scrap the individual listing fees and percentages to include a subscription instead. This is how the sites been running for years. We will need to be able to charge up to 4 different subscriptions. This is great for anyone who has worked with V5.25 in the past or anyone with a good understanding as I think the system is only very basic. The site currently has files for Paypal ect that could potentially be modified to include CCBill and a billing section for each item that could be modified
