Build An Extension for Woocommerce E-commerce plugin for Wordpress - To allow a PayPal checkout for customers purchasing products that need to be shipped physically and digital downloadable products - to skip the current checkout form pre-installed on Woo

I am looking to hire a experienced software developer to add an extension to an existing Wordpress plugin. The plugin I would like to add an extension to is Woocommerce for Wordpress, this is a free e-commerce plugin available for wordpress. I use Wordpress for my websites , and I use Woocommerce for the E-commerce functionality to sell my products with. I would like to hire someone to build me a extension for this Plugin that can do 2 things. Automatically insert a PayPal checkout option on the shopping cart to allow a customer to go straight to PayPal from the shopping cart and avoid the current checkout form that is pre-installed with Woo-commerce. I would like this process for both Physical products that need to be shipped and also digital downloadable products that can be downloaded from a website. Currently when a visitor visits my website and chooses to purchase a physical product like a DVD , they can click the "buy now" button and they will be taken directly to a shopping cart page for that product. At this stage the visitor will have to fill in their details on the checkout form before making a payment either through PayPal or with their debit or credit card. I would like to have a option for the customer to simply go straight to PAYPAL at the shopping cart stage , and skip the woocommerce checkout. The second feature I would like for this extension for the plugin is to be able to sell a digital product ( ebooks, downloadable files), without a customer completing their details. The customer would simply click the " download now " button and be taken directly to PayPal where they can make payment , and then they would have instant access to the digital downloadable product. I have attached a few screen shots to help explain what I would like creating for the Woocommerce plugin for Wordpress. This process should also apply to Digital Downloadable products. I would like be able to give the customer a direct link to PayPal from a "download now" button , allow the customer to make payment and then give them instant access to their digital product. The ideal candidate must have good experience with Woocommerce for Wordpress. The ideal candidate must understand how to set up a PayPal shopping button onto a shopping cart for the Woocommerce Wordpress plugin. I only wan to work with people / personnel who have good understanding of Woocommerce and Wordpress and understand what I am talking about. This extension must be added to the current Woocommerce plugin and be able to be updated anytime Woocommerce is updated. As Wordpress plugins are constantly updated , this requires the same thing an extension to an existing Plugin which will allow for better functioning and also allow the plugin to be updated automatically by the developers of Woocomemrce. I only want to work with people who understand how Woocommerce works for Wordpress. I will only consider working with people who have a very good understanding of English. I am an English person , so communication can be an issue if people do not understand English very well, this can cause hassle, confusion and problems that could be avoided if communication was not as issue to start with.
