Adding a function FAQ's section to the client and admin area H2O

Hello Iliya! Alright we are awaiting a detailed response from Uday... Unitl we get that I cant help with room page details... However I have another sectrion of the system that was added to to the to do list thats rather simple. It was not part of the orginal plan so here it is on its own. I need a page in the admin where adolph can create faq questions and answers I will style the stuff but I need the function. Basicly on the H20 employee side we need a way to manage and add faqs and answers, then build them in a list just like the current faq page. Also He would like to be able to upload a file with each Q/A set. the faq for client is this: <[login to view URL]> this is where the data should build. Then in h20 admin make the edit /capture page. Ask in a form: Question: Answer: File: Also when looking from admin you should see a list of all the sets of q/a, need a button to move them up or down in postion on the list and then a way to edit/delete them. Thats about it, well in the future he wants to be able to label a category for the faq Q/A sets and thenon the user endthey wil be categorized not just one list.
