Clone Interflora using Oscommerce

I need a website developing similar to [url removed, login to view] using Oscommerce.
Obviously It wont be exactly the same but similar in style and functionality.
We do not have a large budget.
This project shouldnt take the right person more than a day or 2.
Most of the features on Interflora are freely available a free contributions from Oscommerce website.
The features below are a MUST
1. Discount codes and vouchers
2. Additional images (Preferably the same as Interflora - down the right hand side)
3. Image thumbnail resizer, ie by default Oscommerce shows the full 4. Resize image (scaled down) on the product listing, this is obviously a drain on bandwidth. There is a contrib from Oscommerce will provide if needed.
5. Add personal message to order
6. Choose delivery date from calender on Product page (if possible or maybe at the checkout) (See Interflora website)
7. Several delivery options including next day
8. Add extra services at checkout, ie add a bow etc.
9. Free gift with orders over a certain value automatically calculated at checkout

11. Express checkout (the customer does not have to register with the site)
Payment is strictly by PAYPAL ONLY, and will be paid in stages with 20% upfront, and then individual payments.
Upon final payment, ALL files will be Uploaded/Emailed to myself.
