Basketball Team Website Upgrade

Semi-Professional existing Basketball team website needing an upgrade.... php/mysql. Website is [login to view URL] Website needs upgrading to better, cleaner format. I want a more powerful admin panel, better database functions and a slightly redesigned home page. Specifics: 1/ Results section to be changed to look similar to [login to view URL];_ylt=AtQKees.52npFLPBUOsXspK8vLYF . This will be database driven, where I will enter the scores of the games. For this, you will need a database to enter in the league schedule. The results will be displayed by round (ie. round 1, round 2 etc). 2/ Upgrade of "schedule" section , to include team logos, amongst other things. 3/ Upgrade of filters on "statistics" section, like [login to view URL];sort=32 4/ upgrade of "photo gallery" section. 5/ Change to home page - mainly middle section where news/photo is I will provide reference sites as we progress. This upgrade should be straightforward. Do not bid if you cannot complete within 3 weeks. No upfront payments or escrows, Paypal or GAF only once changes have been uploaded to my server and tested thoroughly. I have been burned too many times in the past to compromise on this.
