Auto Listing Notification Script

We have a truck classified website and we need someone to develop a script that will not only sign up people for the listing notification service, but also notify them when a listing that matches their criteria gets added to the site. The features that we want it to include are: 1. When a user signs up for our "Automated Listing Notification Service" they should be able to enter the Following to be notified on: -Make -Model -Year -4wd or 2wd -Exterior Color -Interior Color -Mileage Range -Location -Used or New -Price Range -Automatic or Manual Transmission -Regular Cab or Extended Cab -Private Party or Dealer 2. They should only be notified once for each vehicle listed. 3. The notification should include a link to the vehicle. 4. There should be a way to turn notifications on and off. 5. A sign up form with the options they desire should be included. 6. There should be a way to send the name and email of the user that signs up into a database. We have a private back end listing manager that you might have to get access to in order to develop the script. Our web host says that whoever develops it will have to develop it separately from the listings manager by accessing the database from a different location.
