Deisigning An Wordpress Plugin For A Stock Photo Website

I want a simple wordpress plugin for specific functions i want for a photo website. The plugin should be have certain features like.

1) On uploading photographs, it should be able to resize and create multiple sizes of the same photo on the server in proper albums created. And the same should get reflected as a download option for the buyer. On choosing the file size of his/her requirement, the file should reach the buyers inbox on purchase automatically. All photo location path on the server, original and resized should remain encrypted. ( You can attempt to weave this feature with Nexgen Gallery plugin.)

One should be able to assign and change prices for each size created.

2) Admin page should have the option to create preset multiple photo sizes to be reflected at every photo post/page.

3) payment gatway integration (eg, paypal), whereby the buyer should be able to make the payment and recieve a download link of the desired photo, the link for which should be valid for a specific period (i should be able to control that)

4) Lightbox feature for the photos should also be enabled.

5) Only when a visitor is signed up on the website should b able to choose the file for lightbox or purchase.

6) Automated prew-ritten Mail format option for new signups, registrations, pruchases and likewise.

7) A control feature to create monthly/ quarterly/ annually membership packages whereby people can download limited no of photos over a limited period of time.

8) An management system for all the accounts created on the site..

9) Photo upload and batch import feature like in Nexgen gallery

10) coupon generation system for discounts for a limited validity.

Certain more smaller features which i shall discuss on approval of coder.
