Customer Order Project

I have exsiting website i am looking to add on further module for cutomer order. (PHP ONLY) FOLLOWING WORK FLOW IS WAY IT WORKS I provide a trade service so i want admin panel on my website for me and trade user only Step 1 i provide and login username and pssword for client in my admin panel. Step 2 Client logs in and books a job in which auto creates a job number and creates a pdf shippng label for client to print with my address etc on it same details every time only for job no. Step 3 When i receive the item i mark it as received and it emails client and updates the job progress. Step 4 i analyse product and provide quote via admin to client via email which always quotes job refernce no. Step 5 Client logs in and say ticks box to go ahead or not to go ahead which will have terms and conditons for him to agree also which inturn alerts me that he has ok'd the job. Step 6 i update client on success of job also i need to be able to upload zip files to all jobs also. Step 7 I update sytem to tell client it has been posted back with tracking number etc. Step 8 client confirms receipt of device returned job is closed but i want to retain details of all jobs searchable by client id or job no. ALSO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO MARK WHEN CLIENT PAYS ETC ALSO I ANT OPTION INCLUDED IN MENU ETC FOR SMS AS LATER ON I WANT TO ADD SMS UPDATE MODULE ALSO NO FEEDBACK DONT BID PRE MADE FEEDBACK LIKE READY TO START ETC WILL BE DELETED NO PORTFOLIO DONT BID
