Asterisk IVR Adhearsion / dialplan

Need someone to create Dialplan script and configure Adhearsion based AGI with Asterisk. The design must allow query of database by zipcode to read back address location and tel number. This must intergrate with either BING or Google Maps. A caller will be prompted for a zip code and then enter zip code. It must then perform a lookup and read back the address phone etc. The system must also allow recording of incoming and outgoing calls and must also support call que for call center functionality. It must also give a caller the option of receiving a call back if operator is busy and does not wish to hold the line.

We require ALL source code for dialplan / .conf files ALL database code tables etc. All Adhearsion code related to the system.

We are only interested in working with people who know how to build this. If you have no experience please do not respond. Our budget is also fixed.
