My Company, which is in the Energy Services & Construction industry, is looking to increase our efficiency through the development of a custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that will manage our workflow from A to Z. We are looking to create a web-based platform that will contain the following modules:
CRM (Manage Leads, Prospects, Clients, Calendar, Tasks, Meetings, Director, Client View, Documents etc.)
Project Management (Projects, Milestones, Tasks, Meetings, Scheduling, Calendar, Documents, Client View, etc.)
Finance (Creating Invoices, Tracking Payments, Purchase Orders, Bill of Materials, Payroll, Accounting, Reports, etc.)
Human Resources (Employee Profiles, Hiring, etc.)
Training (Discussion Board, Courses, Progress Tracking, Tests, Documents, etc.)
Communication (Email management, chat, message inbox, etc.)
Dashboard (snapshot of all modules)
We are looking for a very smart, feature rich web-based ERP application that manages all of the above main features. Modules have to be integrated with one another for easy pass-along of information. We recognize that there are thousands of ERP programs out there- but we are looking for one that is customized to our needs. The best interface we've seen so far and would like to mimic is http://www.podio.com.
SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY with extensive experience in ERP application development. We want the best of the best. Do not bid if you have not worked on a complicated ERP project before. We are open to suggestions on platform and development language. Please indicate in your bid what you would use to build our system and any examples of similar projects completed. If you have existing source code that we can customize, please provide a demo with your bid.
