Develop Social Netwrok Site plus Apps

Looking for someone to? do the basic setup of? a new social? network site for a non profit orgainization. My intention is for the site to be fairly simple, user-friendly and clean, ala facebook and I would like to be able to run the standard web 2.0 apps such as chat, posting videos, etc. I am also designing a few “widgets?? that run on the site. Here's a brief description of the apps I am looking to create... Widget/Program #1: I would like to be able to create a program that takes user inputs such as location, occupation, spending habits, etc. then searches an appropriate database for each query and returns a value. I would like to be able to display this value to the user in an interactive fashion such that it changes based on additional inputs they make. Widget/Program #2: I want to be able to link users to content based on their selected location, occupation, as well as, recent modifications and inputs. I basically want to be able to tag my list of possible recommendations and create an interface similar to Amazon or iTunes that returns a subset of “recommendations?? to the user based on the properties of the possible recommendations and the user-generated input. So I could recommend to a person in NYC what the things that might work best for them would be, by what other people are doing there, or what people in their “community??, or friends are doing. I also would like to be able to recommend content from user to user. I am not tied to any particular software or platform to do any of this in. However, if able would like it to be easy to integrate and make modifications on down the road.
