New Webpage needed to facilitate FTP tranfer of Data files to Clients.
Data files loaded by us and client downloads their file or Files. Webpage will be part of or Website and must fit in using current graphics.
Webpage must be easily used on .com .ca and any other web page extensions we use in he future.
## Deliverables
Front end page has username and password sign-in. Client Sign-in takes them to a new page showing all of their files but none of the other files for other clients. Company sign-in takes us to master control sheet where we see ALL files. We can upload files from our computer ( or other spot on our Network ) allows us to setup company passwords, and List Representative setup for name and email ... this info is used to send email if files are not downloaded by Client within 5 days ( this time must be globally settable for ALL files ).
Requires our interface to easily put up and take down files. Username and Password access only. Drag and Drop system for uploading files, typical file size 2 to 100M. When we load client files ( 1 or more files ) we also enter client email. The Client username and password are auto generated and will be included in the email sent to them below.
View in our page will show each file, associated Client name, email, username, password, Delete Date, Date File was first downloaded by client, and our List Representative who sold the files to our Client.
User interface also utilizes username and password but they can only see the files they are authorized to download.
Once files are uploaded an Auto-generated email is to go out to the Client with a link to the webpage. Files automatically delete after 30 days from date email is sent. System must be able to handle cases when there is no Client Email so that portion is by-passed.
5 Days after email is sent to Client if the file has NOT be downloaded by Client then? another auto generated email is sent to our List Representative who sold the files to the Client.
After 30 Days from when the initial email was sent out the Files should either Automatically delete ( Can be done when we log into our page ) Or if this is too tough then they should be tagged for us to delete when we log into our page.
