Create Clone Subscription Shopping Cart

We have a Joomla website with mysql database.

We use a subscription system that works well but we want to improve by making a new system. It uses visa/mastercard/paypal subscriptions.

We need to make an independent cart system with recurring billing that can access the Joomla user database as well as use [url removed, login to view]'s CIM ...API features.

[url removed, login to view]'s API Developer manual is attached.

The design of the shopping cart will be based on the CSS and HTML of the existing site's shopping cart. I can be very helpful with that.

I am very knowledgeable with my database and that should help.

Secondly, the same cart must have two html views...one for regular web use, and another with a different smaller size for iPhone.
