Convert Existing Dbase and GUI

Looking to convert an existing database and user desktop GUI.? Data is on an SQL server.? GUI was written in VB.? GUI is outdated and search capabilities are limited to only specifically pre-programmed fields chosen during development in 2001-2002, not all fields are searchable and should be, and the GUI is outdated in general. I would also like to evaluate being able to PUSH and PULL info to/from the internet, create WebPages on our existing website where vendors can log in and update thier info into the database. And also PUSH some info from the database on to the website.? Dear Programmers It has become clear to me that I am not yet prepared to provide the level of information needed to get accurate proposals for this project, i.e. There are 12 main category tables, and each table section has numerous subsction tabs with data in this database, and I need to be prepared to provide alot of deail to a programmer. I am going to remove the bid for now, hire a local coder to help me write the RFP and will repost once that is done.
