## Deliverables
Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.
Basically I need a content management system done in php. I don't care if the backbone of the content management system is based off of some already exsistin g open source content manager. I just need the content manager to be flexible with my design.
This content management system would basically be like a blogging tool, news post, navigation manager. It needs the ability to have multiple users with restrictions for lower than administrator users. It needs to be able to post to specific catagories each with specific subcatagories and subsections. Along with the links to the new pages it would be nice to name the title, and name of the page for better search engine rankings. I also thought about getting feeds from other sites, I'm not sure exactly how rss feeds work but It would be nice to recieve them, approve of them, and post them in their designated spot. I would preferably like to discuss in more detail over AIM: y2paule
So basically I need this content management system to be set up with my design. It pretty much needs to be able to control the whole site as far as text and pictures go. Remember I am allowing this to be based off of an exsisting open source content management with my approval. Please contact me on AIM if you look forward to working on this project! Remember this is for a small business idea of mine. I am looking forward to working with someone who is dedicated to the success and growth of my website. Will hire again, and would compensate well based on that last note. Thank you,
## Platform
It needs to be done in php. I'm pretty sure it will be multiplatform. As far as browser capability, on the same level as google.
