We are a small computer shop which deals with hardware supply and after sale? technical support to our customers.
Daily, our customers bring their equipments(wheter bougth from us or not) for repair under warranty or not (pcs, printers, ups, ..) .
We need and application preferably webbased to input every hardware for repair or warranty from our techinal staff? and technical support requests from our customers via web, phone or email.
The application should be able to track all the processes? since the first entry in database through the repair process(repair quotes,? under warranty confirmation,..)? up to billing? and final delivery and or? support confirmation .
Our IT staff besides repairing hardware offsite, also go onsite for techninal support or hardware repair. The application should be abble to control these activities.
Some equipment not repairable by us, usually are repaired by outsourcing suppliers. This process should be predicted.

Some equipment warranties are garanteed by our suppliers, which we have to send the equipment for replacement or repair to our suppliers. This situation should also be preditted on repair process.
The application should give the option to our customers via website to request for support onsite.
