I'm a developer and have built a small script, all files sit in one directory, used jquery and a jquery grid class, and everything works easy as pie as a stand alone script.
The plugin's interface is one page. The only information passed back and forth is one session variable and a couple of ajax calls.
Here is how the files work. (These are not the real file names, just makes more sense to name them temporarily this way)
* [login to view URL] (Interface page, holds grid)
* [login to view URL] (helper functions designed to help the script that populates the grid)
* [login to view URL] (jquery from [login to view URL] calls this to populate grid)
* [login to view URL] (jquery from [login to view URL] sends grid data here, and this script uses data to build an rss feed on the backend)
* the rest of the files are jquery handlers and css.
I need help embedding this script into wordpress (turning it into a wordpress plugin.) It shouldn't take long for someone familiar with the wordpress plugins system, and I'll learn faster from reading how you handle it than I would struggling through the trial and error process myself.
Thanks for your interest!
