Classic ASP Website Redesign And Implementation

My site caters to fashion models, photographers and other fashion and entertaiment professionals. The site is www.modelpages.tv. I need a new hip design that will attract new paying models. I want to be able to easily fit existing content on the new site. My site is in classic asp and has some dynamic as well as static pages. I also want to allow space for different types of banner advertising etc. If you are selected for this project, I will need you to give me updates of no more than once? every three days so that I always know what is going on. [login to view URL] I don’t want clones of any of those sites but those are the styles that I like and I want this site to be a better designed site than those 10. Also, there needs to be an intrusive area on all pages for Google Adsense (Use a server side include file within this area on all pages and call it [login to view URL] either for vertical ads or horizontal ads so that I only have to edit that one file).
