Change looks for a PHP applications by removing old design and implement pure css with looks from Microsoft Dynamics CRM

I need your help to transfer around 80 php pages (weighing in at 200Kb worth of data, most structured in the exact same way) with design implemented using tables into a pure css-design (only leaving tables where appropriate). At the same time, I want you to adapt the looks of the design itself to reflect e.g. a Microsoft Dynamics CRM-implementation including icon-style, just with other background color-set. CSS will need to be as pure as possible, with no extra (not used) classes or ids. You must know how to interpret jquery/javascript in order to mimic behavior found on MS Dynamics application. You will need to be familiar with SVN as you will need to checkout, update and commit the files from/to there. You will also get a trial-hosting account with FTP access so you can check out the looks of all your changes in real-time. Finally, you will get the login details to Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation for inspiration and icons etc. ## Deliverables The CSS code needs to be as PURE as is possible, so remove any unwanted/not used classes/ids
