Calling All Wordpress Coders (Convert PSD to WP Theme) Potential Future Work

I am looking for a wordpress coder to code a PSD template into a wordpress theme.

I am currently putting finishing touches on the PSD and it will be available to Bidders only

Here are my expectations for this theme:

~ Code this PSD into Tableless CSS and XHTML strict

~ CSS and XHTML codes for all pages must be valid

~ Compatible with the latest wordpress version

~ Widget Ready theme

~ Theme can be fluid (preferably) or fixed (fixed theme must fit all popular screen resolutions with no left scrolling)

~ Must be compatible with ie, firefox, opera and all major browsers

~ Graphics must remain the same crisp quality

**All final projects must be identical to the PSd provided inorder for it to be accepted.**

**How to Bid:**

Please include your previous Wordpress coding experience and how long it usually takes you to code a WP theme.

I will be accepting lots of reliable coders for this and my future projects so If you have questions about what you are to do, please ask, i will answer ALL questions because i love to communicate with potential bidders.
