In this document I have written a quote keyword it is very clear and you should message me with it so I know you are serious about the project as I get a lot of time wasters who just bid on anything and don’t read the documentation.
Who should quote on this:
Only quote if you are a team of people which work full time on these projects. There is too much to do in too short a time to do this in your evenings.
The team must have an experienced full time project manager.
You must have experience in writing technical specification documents that outline how all the fields will work together with the outputs. This document will be signed off on before development will begin. (it will be paid for)
You must have experience working with excel files and converting them to online tools.
This project needs to be done in PHP
What you are quoting for
(Please message me the breakdown of your costs into these 4 sections):
1) Simple Design of the Pages (more of a build kit for the developers but it will need to be signed off by the client. We will supply all the brand assets)
2)Technical Specification document outlining what it is you are going to build, how will the fields be stored, which fields calculate with what to create the outcomes. This should also contain a planned testing document.
3) The delivery of the tool itself
4)Testing your side to verify you have delivered what you promised.
I have moved the project to allow for bidders using Flex as this might be a good solution to use.
