Backend Help on eCommerce site

We have an eCommerce site that has been outsourced.? I am unhappy with the current providers and would like to find a company that can help us finish the job and stay on in a retainer fashion as our business grows.? NEEDS: 1) To complete backend integration between shopping cart and FedEx delivery.? The shopping cart should be completed by Sept 1.? However, the next step is that the data entered should flow into their web application automatically and deliver the ability for us to simply print the label.? If you have an idea of making this through an application that is not web bbased, i am open. 2) To create an inventory management system so that as orders are placed, we can have automatic emails sent and the ability to have this tracked on a user friendly database ## Deliverables 1) MUST BE PHYSICALLY LOCATED EITHER IN ROMANIA OR US (If you are located anywhere else, please do not send me spam.? ? I will delete your proposal.? ? I speak fluent Romanian and travel there often.? I plan to eventually have a face to face at some point in time with the company I select) 2) Must be familiar with Joomla platform as this is the program we are using (I am open to switchinbg platforms if you have a better suggestion) 3) Must be available on weekends especially if site goes down.? 4) i want to know work program and flexibility of programmers in advance 5) Please give me an estimate of full price and number of hours needed to complete project
