design + PHP/MySQL frontend(repost2)

Hi I have some custom PHP code that interacts with a MySQL database and provides a service.? I'd like to offer this service to the public, but to do so, I'd need to create a "normal" interface, rather than manipulating the MySQL data drictly like I do now.

I need someone to build a website which will allow users to do this + an admin section to make managing this easier on me.

I'll provide the DB schema and all of the existing source code to the selected bidder.

Please don't bid with just an "I can do it" or "Here, look at these 50 other sites I did".? I'd like to know that you've read and understood the bid requerst, and if you want to show me samples (which I'd love) make them RELEVANT

There will likely be followup work if this works out.?

## Deliverables

Work must be well-structured and commented.? Coder must check all code into our subversion repository, including descriptive comments, in addition to providing a zipped set of deliverables.

A full description of the project is attached.

The IPN/subscription tracking is part of this project.? Encrypting the paypal forms? doesn't need to be done by you if it's a problem - I have code that does it all set up already, and can do it myself if necessary.
