I need the attached code and requirements which was for "Phase 1" of my project, to be enhanced now to create "Phase 2": It needs to connect to the user's email inbox via IMAP/POP3. Please ask for details before posting your bid.
## Deliverables
There are many details which are not important. The main purpose of this project is to get a reusable code library. So I do not care about operating system, web server, and other similar details. Please do not waste time discussing details which are not important. I just need the core reusable code, well tested and documented.

Since there is already an open-source library which performs the basic function ([login to view URL]), I am more interested in a bidder who can fully test, debug, and integrate this code to do something useful. Specifically I am now looking to create a web page which accepts an ics file, and displays all the info in user-friendly format, and then offers Accept and Decline buttons which, when clicked, will perform the correct action with appropriate results in the inviter's system (same as clicking Accept or Decline in an invitee's Outlook or Blackberry, for instance).

How many days do you need to complete the work?

What I need is an ability to view meeting invites on email enabled devices which don't support iCalendar. The user receives an ics file but cannot open it. So, please explain in detail how the user could view the ics file by using your solution. Assume the user also has a server connected to the Internet, which can be used for this project. The browser on the email device could connect to this server for viewing. Thanks

I'd like the application to look like this: [login to view URL]

Some clarification: I get emails all the time which have meeting Invite, Update, and Cancel (this is in ".ics" file attachment). I just want to click somewhere (something developed by you just for me - not something existing like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook) to see all upcoming meetings for today, tomorrow, next week, etc.
