Code for testing each record in recordset

I have a recordset called $rs that I created using adodb lite [php] ([login to view URL]). I need you to create code that will allow me to run a test for each record in the recordset (using foreach?) every record that match 'if' conditions are deleted out of the recordset. and that's it :)
