I need help in configuring CVSWEB for Linux.
Red Hat Linux 9 is up and running. CVS is setup correctly - I can check in and check out. Perl 5.8.0 is installed. CVSWEB files ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) are in the right places.
I can see directories (repositories) on CVSWEB main page.
When I'm trying to drill down to the list of files get the following
message (or similar):
Error: Failed to spawn GNU rlog on
"/home/cvs/repository/docs/CIManuals/English/CTXRay/CTXRAY
[login to view URL],v". Did you set the $command_path in your
configuration file correctly ? (Currently
"/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin"
Then I used a fix written by some guy (found it on one of the forums) for [login to view URL] script but CVSWEB still doesn't work.
Now I receive a message:
NOTE: There are 1 files, but none matches the current tag ().
My rlog and other utilities seem to be in the right
path: /usr/bin. Files in my repositories have all permissions.
What is wrong? Need help ASAP.
Thanks a lot,
Roman
