I need the best quote to build a social chatting app like whatsapp or wechat, skype, momo, and instagram (has to have live chat functions). I need it to connect to facebook, twitter, users cellphones contact list, etc etc., Also need it to have sharing functions like the previous mentioned apps (pictures, sound notes, contacts, short videos, files, etc). Need this app to take pictures and have picture filters and effects be able to like, comment, hashtag, zoomin. When chatting it has to have emoticons, emojis, meme maker. Developer needs to know how to integrate the app with payment systems for purchasing special features. Need this app to find users nearby so the developer has to be good with gps functions, this app will be for Android first, and has to have a really nice design to it, The developer has to also know how to make the IOS version, backend, frontend etc.. This will be a challenging project, would be best to have a person that works with a team of devs and designers, I will not upfront no payments need to have a working Android version that works perfectly and that the design I am satisfied with before any payment. I need to be part of the team and all things can always be negotiated.
