Advise on Payment Gateway

I am interested on advise on selecting a payment gateway for our website. I mean, I would like to know about a payment processor which can enable us to charge our customers via credit cards. The following parameters are required. 1. Down payment (sign up fee) for starting the service. 2. Amount of money deducted from payment everytime a credit card transaction takes place through them. Please indicate fixed amount as well as the percentage deduction amount. 3. Whether, besides the provision for making payment in USA, it also has the provision to also make payments to us in India? Yes/No. 4. Where the service provider is located.? US/ India/ Elsewhere 5 Any other important parameter which should be taken into considerationk while selecting the payment processor, if you have any suggestions. You can tell all the details without tellling the name of the service provider.
