Covert ebay links to other program links

Hi I own the website [login to view URL] which is a most viewed or watched ebay auctions website, What it does is allow me to showcase the most viewed or watched items on ebay using the ebay something kit. You have to signup for a commission junction account to be able to use this and get credit for everyone that clicks through to ebay that purchases items. Well what i want to do is to be able to auto convert all the links that appear automatically on my website through my [login to view URL] affilate program so im paid through them instead of cj. Take a look at my website it is all being used with a java script to create the items etc as they appear on my site and i need them all to be redirected or converted automatically each time a new item appears on my website. Can someone build or make something that will do this for me?
