Need a complete parcel booking and parcel delivery script with client registration for customers, drivers and affiliated resellers.
Must support gps tracking by gathering data from smartphone or tablet equiped with gps. That data is then used to track driver location.
Must have initial signup validated by [url removed, login to view] have a booking screen with customer signup and login section. Must have a billing template builder that can be associated with a customer. Must have admin selectable screen to allocate what we would like the customer to see once they login. Eg must support pickup from locations other than customer address. Needs various levels of access nominated by superuser. Eg superuser, admin, staff, customer, driver, reseller.
The superuser and admin will allow the booking job to be allocate to a driver. Driver login allows the driver to see his pickup delivery queue. Includes accept or reject buttons. Many features that are obvious to parcel delivery processes. Must have automated email for receipt of job booking, pickup and in transit notification, delivery and proof of delivery recording and email of pod as pdf file. Our drivers will be using tablets with stylus.
In admin login must be able run reports by customer or drivers, search capability by date and or job no etc.
Must also have additional tables to record info so we can make an invoice and statements with close off fields for taxation reports etc.
Must also include payment gateway paypal, visa mastercard and bpay system, bpay has an sdk api that will work in php. See bpay.com.au
