create a file to update database tabel with field recieved from remote form

What I need is a file called [login to view URL] which will capture two fields sent to it in a POST from a remote form. The form sends back Two Fields (1)status field True or False. The default entry in the database status field is already set to [login to view URL] need to be changed to Complete on update when True is received from the remote form. (2) paymentID field. To be entered into the filed HASH in the database, The default is blank and the number received should be entered in the field. The [login to view URL] file should update these values into the single database table. There is no Key being sent OR back from the remote form so the script would have to update the last row in the database table. This needs to be done silently and not visible to the customer. If True for the status is received then the customer need to be redirected to a thank you page (URL will be supplied) If false is received from the status then the customer needs to be directed to a failure page (URL will be supplied) To be completed in less than 24 Hours, I will pay by milestone which will be released on completion only. Please do not bid if you do not agree. Do you think you would be able to do this and how much.?
