I have an access database that was built in early 2000 with 40+ tables, 50+ queries, 60+ forms, 80+ reports. I would like to convert this to php/mysql or django/mysql application. This project is for a small business and will only be used internally to the origination. This is a service industry company so we use the software to schedule events ( month/date/year/time ) we also resale vendor services and run sales reports based on ( week/month/year ) categorized by vendor.
I have looked at several off the shelf software packages and opensource projects ( [url removed, login to view] ) ( [url removed, login to view] ) but all need some tweaking to be useful to us.
I have decided to use the following software for this project: https://www.phppointofsale.com/
and you can demo the product here: https://demo.phppointofsale.com/
It delivers 95% of the feature sets we need, with that said I want to make sure that everyone who bids on the project is willing to use this as a base framework.
Thanks to everyone who responded
