File, library system in PHP with Codeigniter

In the admin panel, the admin can create categories, sub categories and sub sub categories. Then admin can add images and choose the categories, Also admin can make users, who can access frontend. I have gone through your description, I understand your requirements. But I have few questions too: 1. In your application, Who can upload a file? Admin only or any user created by admin? 2. Hi, I read the project description and I can deliver the project in two weeks. I have already implemented some projects in Code Igniter (APIs, admin interfaces). Virtually I have to create a user system and for each user an upload interface. Meta information about files is stored locally in DB and file data is stored at Amazon. Amazon Web Services is really easy to use, especially S3 (I already used S3 and played with Amazon Simple DB). The interface in which the user does all the operation over the files will take most of the time. I can start the project tomorrow morning. Usually I don't work on weekends, but on the next weekend I can work to be sure that I finish on time. Best regards, Alexandru Mos
