Hello sir, I have 2+ year experience in prestashop and total 3.5+ year experience in web development . i will do your work in maximum 3 weeks and give at least 14h/week. Also in your project you write that you want to know that i have a knowledge of prestashop hook or not. so prestashop mainly have two types of hook display hook and action hook. display hook mainly work for displaying content on front and back-end. and action hooks works for doing some calculation as for example left hook,right hook,header hook,footer hook are display hook and its available for every page. you can mange it through your back end which hook you ant to display and where. also for action hook actionproductsave hook runs when admin save any product in backend. There was lots of hook available. also every hook individually associate with modules and shop. if hook is not associate(register) with module then its not executed for that module. you can also made some your defined hook and its both type action and display and mange it according.
