Custom application for customer and sales team log in on web site

I need someone to create an application for a website so that it can do the following - (There will already be a website design/ frame) I need customers to be able to log in and be directed to their individual data feed coming from energy usage at their plant from our device - I need sales team to be able to log in and fill out form and also be able to generate reports based on data produced from customers feeds of data at their locations (from device) Currently, the data feed from device we are using for demo is kepware [login to view URL] The groov software they provide is "okay" at best - it does not allow for much color and stylization. So, what I need: Either a) an app that can pull data from the kepware based on which client it is for reports sales team can generate and allow sales person to log in to do so or b) an app that allows log in by customer or sales person, differentiates between the two and sends them to the correct place upon log in The customer needs to be able to see their real time energy monitoring from our device The sales person needs to be given options for filling out a sales form or generating reports. I would be hiring you to create this app, put it into web site and to ensure that it is working correctly. You must have modbus, SCADA and HMI (human machine interaction) experience/knowledge and I would like to see samples. I would like your suggestion on how to solve this, what your fee is, and how long it would take to accomplish. My budget is based on my lack of knowledge.
