Custom Jobs calendar

I am looking to create a fairly simple job scheduler based off the functionality of this jquery calendar: [login to view URL] This will serve as a tool to schedule road crews. The road crews work at jobs for anywhere from 1-30 days, with various crew members at each. Sometimes crew jump from job to job on a daily basis. So this calendar will show jobs (events) and within each job a list of the crew at that job. The crew members will need to be able to be dragged from one job to another. Here is a list of features/functionality that I need: -Primary view is a week, but monthly is needed as well -List of open jobs on the left which will be pulled from an existing database with fields of job #, name, open/closed, -List of available crew members on the left pulled from an existing database. Fields for name and phone #. -Jobs draggable from left side to drop on calendar(just like the link above shows) and adjust day duration. -Job list on needs to be compiled from checking for open jobs, and checking if it is scheduled yet. -if a job is already scheduled but open, still show on left but with a check mark, or different color, or something like that. -Crew member list needs to be draggable into a job as well as draggable out of a job. -in the week view, crew members need to be accounted for each day. If a crew member is scheduled for every day of the week, that crew members name disappears from the list on the left. -Entire job with associated crew members needs to be draggable. This jquery calendar is a free opensource calendar available here. It has all the interface functionality but no database interaction.
