Create Logic based Order Form, PDF Generation & Email Form

Hi, We need someone to build a form for us that will use logic (so only show options available to specific products) - we have created the designs for the form and these can be seen below. Step 1. [login to view URL] Customer should be able to fill in details and then select a product from images. This should bring up popup box in Step 2. Step 2. [login to view URL] From popup box user should only be shown options specifically available for that product (We will provide spreadsheet to show whats available for each product and what fields should be shown) - They then click on "add product" and the popup box closes and moves onto Step 3. Step 3. [login to view URL] The product and details they selected should then show under "Products added to order" - They can then add more products in the same way as Step 1, Step 2, or submit order (order is sent to email address) or save to PDF (order is saved into a PDF document).
