Build a "Points" Store Into My CMS (PHP-Fusion)

I'm looking for very minimal and simple, however I will provide as much detail as possible. I would like this project to be built as an 'Infusion' for PHP-Fusion CMS. I would like an online store that uses "points" as currency. *Points (User Side) -Should be able to be purchased using PayPal and automatically added to the users account. -Should be able to be used to redeem things from the "Points Store". -Should be able to be gifted between users. -Should be displayed in "Points Panel" to the user after logging in. *Points Panel -Should work like any other panel in PHPfusion. -Display how many points the user has. -Link to gift points to other users. -Link to buy additional points. -Link to points store. *Store (User Side) -Items can be purchased using points. -Simple clean layout. -Buy it now or add to cart. *Points (Backend) -Set the cost in real money for amount of points. -Able to set up "package deals" with discounts for more points purchased in a single transaction. -Be able to change the name of the points (for example instead of points, tokens, gold, coin, etc.) -Able to give and take points from users manually. -Points statistics, a simple leaderboard of users and how many points they have in order highest to lowest, visable to admin only. *Store (Backend) -Able to create items for sale in the shop that can include; Product title, Inventory Amount (item goes out of stock when reaches zero), Images, Cost (in points of course), Estimated Delivery Time, Active/Deactivate Item, Allow/Disallow Buy It Now, Enable/Disable Downloadable item,and of course full description. -I should also be able to sell items that can be downloaded after the purchase is completed. -Basic statistics, points spent day/week/all time. -Orders page where I can mark non-instant orders as fulfilled/shipped. -Shop should notify me by PM and/or optionally Email when a new order is placed. I would prefer this be done in PHPfusion, my current CMS on my website, as an infusion, if you can make this happen cheaper outside of PHPFusion please feel free to leave a bid, but make sure to let me know that it's a bid as a standalone, outside PHPfusion.
