Automated Proposal Form Wordpress Site

Good evening ! My name is Alin Ghinoiu and I own a small web development company in Bucharest. I'm interested in creating the automated proposal form you need for your construction website. I have a good experience when it comes to implementing Wordpress themes or creating new plugins so I suggest implementing a new plugin, which you will easily install/uninstall on other Wordpress platforms. PDF and XLS export functions are not a problem. There are a few good tools to use for that. Can you please attach a JPG file of the design so I can have a better idea of what you need and maybe suggest something ?
