We need a simple unique bid auction app that can work in all browsers, including on mobile devices. Some of the requirements are: – Create an app that works across multiple devices – Create the web services, API, and database – Create the UX/UI for the App – Create a CMS/Admin area (web portal) to administer The site should be secure and easily scalable on a VPS type service.
