Android app - GPS locator

I need someone to create mobile app for Android that will do this: When yu start app system ask you question to set a time interval for tracking (like 1,2,5,10 minutes) Next, app are started and you can use at a background. They will send information on our server. We need a location of user at the time that we will print on a google map. App can ask you how to send a data t oserver App can use GPS for locating user position and send it with 3g mobile internet or wii if they are in range. If app have no conectivity to internet , app must record that position, and send it next time when user go online. We need information that we can use with google map and set pointer on map. This is app like google lantitude. User start app, app send information about location and then print on map position. Thats all. We just need to send this information to our server , suitable for google maps. thats all , small app :)
