Android App with IN APP PURCHASING

Summary: App must pull new content from our Wordpress URL Posts using JSON Wordpress plugin (or method you prefer) and must function like this: 1. self contained App that stores our Wordpress Posts (images and text) for offline use (no internet required to view content) 2. allow users to Refresh the App with new Posts content (internet required) 3. allow In-App purchases that will Unlock New Content (Wordpress content via JSON or method you prefer). You must make sure the Content is secure and that when a customer makes an In App Purchase they do not lose the status of that account. In other words if they buy Content it will always be available for them. Example Logic and Flow: App will load, a series of buttons will display different courses. Unlocked courses can be viewed for free in standard format like title, body content. Locked courses can be purchased for .99. All content must be pulled from our Wordpress URL's (I provide URLs) and store on the device for offline use. Refresh button will pull new content and changes to the App. Please send PMB with your solution and approach - if you have a better recommendation please say it. Be detailed. You are the developer so you will handle all Development.
