A day's work to correct bugs and minor changesto a magento website

Hi,
I am looking for an expert in Magento, to make some optical changes to a Magento CE 1.7.0.2 store (with 2 clients a day). Must be:
- Expert in Magento and webdesign, including PHP, CSS, Javascript, HTML and best practice standards.
- Has extensive experience debugging Magento code, extensions and template issues.
The work is to correct bugs, explain doubts and minor changes:
1) cache Block-HTML invalidated every hour; what causes this? fb javascript?
2) google merchant feed PHP bugs: mpn, prices with vat, in store 1 put in GBP; place php in folder ext.
3) correct error design in product out of stock (missing description).
4) correct bug, transactional emails store english are going in spanish.
5) correct image when doing a Facebook share, must be product, article or logo, never from footer.
6) when a product is out of stock, to show, in lists, a image ([url removed, login to view]) above with transparency.
7) checkboxes for newsletter opt in and facebook share on checkout.
8) warning box (added product, etc...) with #FFFF00 background, #FFF border, and #000 text.
9) in warning box after adding a product, in add to cart message, include links to checkout and cart.
10) frontend product page with sku (for clients), and stock, weight and link to product in backoffice (link manage), for backoffice users.
11) when in a product, coming from a list (category), have arrows to go to next and previows products in category, indicating product 2 of 30.
12) Translations:
- In new address on checkout, use in spanish version, 'NIF' instead of 'VAT number'.
- correct Paypal and VISA infos, translations in checkout and redirection pages.
- newsletter form; 'introduce tu email' instead of 'introduz tu email'.
- newsletter subscripcion note 'Confirmation request has been sent' in spanish is 'Solicitud para la confirmacion enviada.'.
We divide the work in:
- 1st milestone: 40% payment, work 1 to 6, move to prod.
- 2nd milestone: 40% payment, work 7 to 12, move to prod.
- 3rd milestone: 20% payment, all is OK in prod server. Conclusion!!
We will (procedure):
- Agree on a date & time, between you and me (I am in GMT).
- Copy production website to development website.
- Do it all in 1-2 days, you doing, with me guiding online and testing live (August 12-13).
- After work, verify folders and files permitions.
- When done, I will test it.
- Once it's fully bug free, you will be paid.
