Design web layout and new logo

Take the concept art and company name and use it to create a basic web design that can be used to create our site and a logo file that can be used for the site as well as print media. ## Deliverables eXibition Software has been in business since 2003, and we are about to release several updates to our software applications.? Along with these new programs and updates we would like to reshape our image and present a new design that represents that quality of our products and the diverisity of products we will be offering. We will be changing the company name to Interactive Media Village, iMediaVillage for short. Attached is a "basic" logo idea that we had, which is a village surrounding a tower that looks like an I.? This of course is open for change and we are looking for someone with graphical talent to do just that. We have Photoshop CS3 and prefer PSD files. Besides the logo file we also need a new site template to build our site from.? We would prefer the new site to have a width of 900px.? We would like to keep the features we have now, with a menu, and side bar as well as a footer. The design should be professional and clean, and allow us easy customization for the many pages we will have.? Logo: 1. There is a SAMPLE logo attached to the bid request that we created, we would like to take this idea and work with it to make it great. 2. As stated in the bid request, this new logo will be used for print, web, video, etc. 3. Only Adobe file formats will be accepted, we do not have nor do we use Corel or other file formats. Website: 1. We only need a mockup, not a functional page. The original artwork must be in LAYERED PSD FORMAT (CS3 or previous versions are fine), we would consider a sliced version in HTML with CSS as a strong selling point for your bid. 2. Sample sites, we have not found any sample sites that reflect what we desire, please take a look at the two links provided in the bid request ([login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]) to get an idea of where we are at design wise. 3. We will NOT accept a purchased TEMPLATE as a site design. We expect a customized and unique design for our site. We have researched thousands of existing templates, and will recognize any attempts to use a purchased template file.
