Basic Website ReDesign

We're looking to create the website [login to view URL] from the current website ArthurPatrick.com. We have ALL of the files of [login to view URL], and thus, this site does not need to be created from scratch, it only needs to be modified. Please see the attached documents to see the changes that we need. Primarily, the changes we need are as follows (still see attached instructions): - We do not need a flash intro (remove it) - Create a NWB basic logo (similar to the AP logo) - We need an earthy, airy, soft color scheme (not black) - The main part of the homepage needs to have a rotating image slideshoe (3 images total) - Some other basic modifications That's it! This should be a pretty easy project. You'll simply upload the ArthurPatrick site to our new server, but as the domain NutritionWithoutBorders.com. Then you'll redesign the site as needed, I'll provide you with the new content, and we'll make the site live. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site needs to look the same in all web browsers. Our server is a VU300 with Zone.net.
